- Stay for entire class. If you have a special circumstance, let the instructor know before class starts.
- Students must be 16 years or older to take adult classes
- All shoes & belongings should be placed in lockers.

When a class is full, you can book yourself onto the waitlist. Students will be placed into the class up to 12 hours before the start time of class.
MISSED RESERVATIONS (NO SHOWS)
Students must check in 5 minutes before the start of class. If not, your spot will be released to the next student.
Missed reservations will be credited for package holders and the single class will be credited for members. Any cancellations made 4 hours or less before class will be considered a missed reservation.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All packages are non-refundable or exchangeable. All sales are final. Merchandise can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase under the conditions that the item(s) exchanged have original tags and packaging still intact & item(s) are unused, unworn & not damaged.
Positivity is a must
Rude or aggressive behavior & words towards any House of Pilates staff or member will not be tolerated & may result in termination of membership or suspension from studio.
RIGHT TO USE
PROVISION OF SERVICE: House of Pilates may revoke your use of our facilities at any time, at our discretion, including if, in our reasonable judgement, you have acted in a manner contrary to the best interests or safety of our studio or other clients, or if your account has a balance past due. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave for the day if, in our reasonable judgement, your actions pose a health or safety risk, you are disturbing or appear likely to disturb other members or our personnel.
MEDICAL RECOMMENDATIONS: You should consult with your physician or have a physical examination before using our equipment, especially if you are elderly, pregnant, unaccustomed to physical exertion, have physical limitations such as previous injury, or a history of high blood pressure, heart problems or other chronic illness.
CLIENT CONDUCT: You may not use the studio’s facilities and equipment in such a way as to endanger the health or safety of yourself or others. You are responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by you.
ORIENTATION: You should learn how to properly use the equipment before using. If you are a beginner we advise that you take a minimum of five beginner classes before taking other level classes.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: You acknowledge that we are not making any claims as to medical results that can or may be obtained through use of the Studio. We do not have the expertise to provide medical advice or treatment.
ACTIVITY RISK: Any physical activity has risks. By acknowledging our ‘Terms & Conditions’, you confirm that you understand that there are risks associated with the use of the equipment and agree to use care. We cannot guarantee zero risk.
LOSS OF PROPERTY: We are not liable for the disappearance, loss, theft or damage of any personal property.
GUEST PASSES: Family Membership holders receive 4 first time guest passes. To book class for a guest; Whatsapp or Text us name, email, phone number, class time and date request. Guest passes are valid for new first time students only.
HOLDS: Guests may freeze their membership at a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 30 days. There will be a hold fee of SR 100 to be charged. To hold your membership contact us via WhatsApp or Text with the exact beginning and end dates needed.
CANCELLATIONS: Packages/Memberships cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred.
SHARING PACKAGES: Unlimited packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Other packages can be shared with friends or family.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS: We reserve the right to amend, modify and change the ‘terms’ and you are bound to these changes.
